Janice is the Owner/Broker of Charleston Real Estate Professionals. Prior to opening the company, she was Broker in Charge for a successful Century 21 company. She holds he designations of ABR and GRI and during her career in sales she was a Master's recipient and Realtor of Distinction. Janice has over 35 years in the real estate business. She has a background as a real estate paralegal and title insurance agent, which brings extensive experience in closings and title problems to the table. Janice is active in the Charleston Trident Board of Realtors, where she currently serves on the Grievance Committee. She is a founding member of the North Area Top Producers Club.

Carolyn just recently returned to Charleston after moving to Florida. She missed the lowcountry and she and her husband decided it was time to come back home!
