She holds he designations of ABR and GRI and during her career in sales she was a Master's recipient and Realtor of Distinction. Janice has over 35 years in the real estate business. She has a background as a real estate paralegal and title insurance agent, which brings extensive experience in closings and title problems to the table. Janice is active in the Charleston Trident Board of Realtors, where she currently serves on the Board of Directors for the MLS and as a State Director. She is a founding member of the North Area Top Producers Club.
